I love this pillow. I've tried several different kinds of pillows, some more comfy than others. This one is my favorite. Its so fluffy and keeps its fluff after a sleep. But it's also supportive. I do not wake up with neck aches regardless of the position I sleep. Combined with a pillow between my knees and I rarely wake up with back aches anymore, which used to be a daily thing for me. Washed just fine in washer, and in dryer on high heat.
Initially opening obviously has to decompress, I followed the instructions and put the pillow in the dryer (didn’t have any wool balls to toss in so just let it tumble dry (not on high heat) the instructions come with the pillow so don’t worry. I am very picky about pillows so when I took a chance with this one, I was very happy with the amount of fluffiness there is and the size of the pillow is perfect. Fits a queen size pillow case perfectly. Decent price because pillows can get very expensive. I would definitely say go for it. It hasn’t gotten flat like my goose feather pillows have, I’m definitely going to get another one! Did take awhile to get here. ?? go for it!
I got this for my husband and he loves it. It does smell like a 'down' pillow, do be aware when purchasing. But over all it's been amazing

I bought both the firm and mid plush to try as a side sleeper. My 11 year old son fell in love with the mid plush and I am sleeping really well on the firm. It fluffs up nicely ?and cradles my head. I am a side sleeper and need extra support for my shoulder. I am a female, 5'7" and 150lbs. This is the perfect amount of support for my frame. And it's washable which is very important to me. I love my new extremely soft and yet supportive pillow.
I had the soft and medium versions. I may buy more of each. The soft one works great for putting over my head to block out light/noise, and the medium for side/stomach sleeping support.
I never leave reviews, but this pillow deserves it. It is so hard for me to find a pillow that I like. I have spent way too much money on pillows over my lifetime. I currently have enough pillows in my closet to open a hotel. When I tell you this is the best pillow, I am not kidding. I can sleep through the whole night without having to flip it 50 times. It fills the gap between my head and my shoulder, which is the hardest thing I have found. Those memory foam pillows made to do that are always hard and then end up making my head hurt. This is the perfect combination of everything I could ever want in a pillow. It's soft and fills in all the spots that it needs to. No headaches, no stiff neck, just good sleep.
I absolutely love this pillow. It’s so squishy I feel like my head is on a perfect marshmallow. After I opened it from the vacuum sealed bag. I put it in the dryer for 25 minutes on tumble dry low. When I took it out, it seemed like where the squares met it was pokey… But I just had to massage it a little bit and then it was fine. I put a pillowcase over it and I’m on night 3 with it and it’s so comfortable! Definitely good for people who prefer soft vs firm. I’m off to dream in Squishy Marshmallow Heaven…
Pretty happy with this purchase. The material is great and they hold their shape well throughout the night. They just are super thick, so it gives you a lot of lift under your head. Still a great, comfortable set of pillows that feel high-end, just be ready for a lot of thickness!

Ive had the same down pillows for honestly much too long (like 12-15 years) and now they are so flat. I love a very soft pillow but went medium here because my neck has been hurting and I wanted the support. Ive tried SO many pillows and was nervous about buying this online, its amazing. The perfect pillow. As long as it lasts me a long time, i'll never go back (going on 3 months now!).
As a mixed side/back sleeper, I initially bought the standard size, firm down pillows. To my surprise they were too filled for my comfort and too small for my regular pillow cases on my queen size bed. Exchanged for the king size, medium fill and they are perfectly sized for my bed, soft but supportive, lux-cloud heaven. Happy sleepers over here.
Definitely a soft, squishy pillow, which is what I wanted since I sleep on my stomach. I love down pillows and I am happy that I splurged on this one.
Feathers don’t come out or pick. But I wish they had more brighter pink colors as well for pillow cases.

I have spent hundreds of dollars on pillows I never used. I’m primarily a back sleeper and some on my sides, and I would wake up, or get woken up, with neck pain. I ordered the medium pillow, and it was perfect! I was worried it would be too firm like many previous pillows I had tried, but it has been great for over a year so far!!

This pillow is awesome! I have one criticism, but I will get to that later. I am a back sleeper with neck and headache problems and I was looking for a pillow that would allow my head to lay almost flat against the bed when I put my head down while still supporting my neck. This way I can still keep the curve in my neck without having my head lifted up. In addition, I need my pillow to cuddle up the sides of my head by my ears. I like support on the sides of my head since I always put my neck out of place when my head just rolls right or left with no support if I don't have a support there too! This pillow is perfect! It fluffs back up every time you fluff it! and it feels like a cloud when you lay your head on it. I have tried all the pillows out there that are supposed to help with that, but they don't, and this met my needs!!! I had been using a latex pillow and trying to flatten down the middle, while keeping a the curve in my neck and still attempting to have it come up on the side. It worked until I moved at all and then the shape I created just fell apart. Not with this Pillow!!! because I got the lowest fill, and it is still down filled it always cradles the sides of my head no matter which way I tilt, and all I have to do for my neck support is wiggle my hand in the center of the pillow to separate the down a bit to make a dent for my head to go in, while still giving me neck support, and walaaa the perfect pillow! Now, the only criticism I have is that this only comes in a standard supposedly = to a queen size or a king. I didn't need a king, bu the standard/queen size is definitely smaller than a standard Queen size in almost all other pillow brands, and I wish it was a true Queen size so I don't feel like I am on a kids pillow size. Otherwise, this pillow is a dream!
Bought the down filled in firm and love them. Give the support we like for sitting up and reading yet they are great for side sleeping.

Typically I buy very soft pillows, but I've realized that as a side sleeper I need a little more support. I decided to try the firm and it was too firm for me. Sent the firm back with no problem. The medium is the perfect amount of support but you still get the lovely feeling of sinking into your pillow. I'm very happy with these pillows! And I'm very picky!

These pillows are soooo comfortable, they hold their shape, and they are easy to clean in the washing machine! I've had them for about 5 months and they are still as fluffy & comfortable as they were on day one. I purchased the wool dryer balls to use when I clean them which work really well & I love the cute design of the bag they come in. These are hands down the best pillows I've ever owned. Highly recommend!
Love this pillow after a very long search for a perfect down pillow
I got the soft down pillows and they are like clouds plucked from the firmament of heaven. Which is to say, I love them. Worth every penny not only for quality but because the down is responsibly sourced.
It's extremely squishy but also firm. It was a gift for my husband and he thinks it's perfect and loves it.
I've slept on a number of different down pillows and this one is by far the best of the best. Soft but firm...perfect for me...a side sleeper. It stays puffy and is easy to manipulate if I choose to lay on my back. Don'y hesitate to buy it...it's amazing!

I've never had down pillows before but I love my peterhanun sheets and needed new pillows. So glad I purchased. While they do need daily fluffing, it's not time consuming and they look great once fluffed on a made bed.
